We specialize in constructing personal training programs in Mississauga and Oakville for those that wish to work out on their own without a personal trainer. Once your personal trainer has spent a minimum amount of time working with you (one personal training package required to complete first), we will design a personal training program for your individual needs and goals.
The entire program design process takes about 3 hours, including program construction by your trainer, as well as a one-on-one in-depth personal training session with your trainer. Your personal trainer will go through the entire fitness program with you in detail, making sure you walk away understanding the program completely. Programs in Mississauga and Oakville will be customized to suit your desired needs so that you can obtain your optimal goals.
