We are currently offering a series of new personal classes circulating around Martial Arts, Cardio Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, and MMA fitness training. Cardio Kickboxing

Our Cardio-Kickboxing Bootcamp is an intense one-on-one or small group training 60 min total body workout. Focusing on high intensity, strength and core exercises. This is perfect for increasing cardiovascular health, muscle tone and weight loss.



Inspiration Fitness is proud to offer MMA one-on-one or small group training classes in-home, at local gyms, or at our Oakville location. These classes involve a number of fighting skills and techniques from a mixture of fighting sports. This creates a one-on-one training class that is not only built around core combat techniques, but also on physical fitness and endurance.

We specialize in bringing trainers to you – in the comfort of your own home. You may also train in one of our convenient studio locations around the GTA. Class rates depend on class size and location.
